This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the Legendary Moves Signing Day Recruiting Seminar. By registering and paying, you agree to these terms.
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, our ticketing provider. Single Tickets, Family Packages, and the VIP Recruiting Review are priced on the event listing, and your registration is confirmed once payment is received and Eventbrite issues your ticket.
Refund requests are handled through Eventbrite. Sign in to the Eventbrite account used at checkout, find the order, and submit a refund request, or use the refund link in your Eventbrite confirmation email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you have trouble, email us at info@mylegendarymoves.com and we will help.
If you cannot attend, you may pass your ticket to another family. Email us at info@mylegendarymoves.com before the event with the name and email of the person attending in your place so we have an accurate list at the door.
If Legendary Moves cancels the seminar, or reschedules it to a date you cannot attend, you will be offered a full refund of your ticket or a transfer to the new date, at your choice. This applies regardless of the 20-day window above. We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs you may incur in connection with the event.
Because tickets are purchased through Eventbrite, your transaction is also subject to Eventbrite’s own terms of service and privacy policy, available on their website.
